Hey hey....

I'm finally back! Have been locked out of my blogger account for forever and the silly thing was when I requested for them to send me password. They sent me a mail without the password! How incredulous is that?!? I emailed them the problem and they told me to click the button again. Just goes to show that they don't read your mails.

Anyway, just wanted to say I'm back. I think. =]

Facilitation starts!

Ha ha. I know, it's been a long time. The past few weeks have been quite eventful, lots of ups and downs. Going to work on there being more ups from here on out. =]

Starting facilitating tomorrow. Am feeling quite nervous about it. There's so much stuff that I've forgotten. Have to go and read up again. Feel good though. =] Praying I'll be able to positively impact my class. 25 inquiring minds all needing something better. A purpose, hope, dreams, direction. Going to be super positive and inspiring. Rock their world! ha ha ha.

Oh and I have my new lappie... A Fujitsu S6240. 80Gig Harddisk, 1Gig RAM. More than enough space for me to play around with audio editing and maybe even a little video. yeah!

Lots to say and a lot has happened but I'll keep it short today.

God is great! He just blows me away with His unfailing love and provision. I got the job. An informal interview landed me a part time job that pays really well. And the Director of SAS is just so nice. God's favour really was me, even though I've been out of the science industry for close to 2 and a half years, the Director was keen to give me a chance. If he's not a already a Christian, I'll pray until he is. Ha! And one of the best parts is he brought up that RP needs people to lead YEPs (Youth Expedition Programmes). That's one of my dreams. Just love going out and making a difference in the world. Albeit a smaller impact than bringing Jesus into their world. Obstacles abound in this path, but I have a dream! And anything is possible. Yeah! =]

Breaking the silence

A brief update.

On Sunday, one thing God said through Pastor CJ that struck me was "Get out of the box. I'm (God) not going to take you out. You get out of it yourself."
This is one step towards that. Breaking the silence and letting more people in. So you can expect regular posts. They may or may not be good reads but I'll try my best.

It's been an eventful day. I finally have an interview! Albeit an informal one but it's still the first open window. It's a post at RP to be a facilitator. I can imagine the stretch it's going to be, working with students, coming up with ideas and projects, travelling all the way to woodlands everyday! But I can also imagine the lives and people I can make a difference in. Can't wait to see what happens with it. "God, whatever you want in this, that's what I want."

Oh and God is cool. Out of the blue my grandma decided to give me 20 bucks. This has never happened before in all my xx years. Ha ha.

Time to go catch up on my BRP.

Righto. Started this blog at the end of last year but never posted anything.. Ha ha... Let's try and start with something good. =]

Ever noticed that when you want to do something that means something to you, if you don't grab the opportunity when it comes, you lose it. Sometimes forever, sometimes not, depending.
